All seasonal Black Tiger Bay Campground lots are nestled within the trees. In general, each lot is 60 feet by 125 feet, and pricing is based upon lot size & location, however, an average pricing is $2000.00 per lot.  Each lot comes with free water and free sewer. Electricity is metered separately for each lot and billed once a year.  We also offer boat slips for $1250.00 per season to our tenants.

We are a seasonal campground only.  We do not offer overnight or other short term camping.  Our rental season is from May 1st through September 30th.  At the owner's discretion, these dates may fluctuate depending on weather.
